The Board of Trustees unanimously approved the appointment of John I. LaMancuso, Esq., to Lakewood Village Attorney at our last board meeting in September.

"Lakewood is a wonderful community that I have visited and enjoyed with my family since I was a child, and I look forward to working with Mayor Birrittieri, the Board of Trustees, and other village officials to capably conduct village business and serve the best interests of the people of Lakewood." Mr. LaMancuso is with Lewis and Lewis, P.C., Jamestown, and wass previously an attorney with Lipsitz & Ponterio, LLC, Buffalo. He is a 2012 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Buffalo Law School, and is active in the Jamestown community as a member of the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation, Jamestown Kiwanis Club, and the United Way of Southern Chautauqua County 2016 Campaign. LaMancuso resides in Jamestown with his wife and infant son.

Single Stream - you no longer have to separate your paper materials and cardboard from your tin, glass and plastic. Simply place all acceptable items into any container.

DPW Brush Dump

The brush dump is now open.

Due to the abuse of the brush dump by non-residents & contractors it is now under 24 hour surveillance. The main gate will be locked during non-working hours. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, and Saturdays 8am-12 noon. Residents will still be able to access the dump by using the side gate any time of day or night.
